They are all whitewater paddles, using mostly local hardwoods. The shaft is Sassafras with Ash plates, the blades area mix of Basswood, Willow and Maple. Veneers are from B & B Rare Woods, sweet looking birch curl on this paddle. Stripes along outer edge are walnut. The other side of this paddle has a nice maple figure...  |
