All the above methods can be modified for using a high speed trim router with a Laminate Flush Trim Bit & a Ball Bearing Guide. Hint: the ball bearing guide you get with these router bits, is slightly proud of the actual cutters. You can take the bit to your sharpening expert or machinist & have him take down the bearing until it is exactly flush with the cutters... |
